- Meet revenue target set by the company.
- Develop and execute the BDP Business Development Plan and account strategy at country lavel in line with costomers time to market requirements
- Drive new business development through innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans
- regular interaction with the costomer to follow up on quotes, solutions, service delivery and quality issues.
- Coordinate global and regional responses to customer requests for rates & information
- Maintain and perform scheduled visits/meetings for close costomer realitionship building.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or Business.
- At least 5 years experience in a commercial environment with 3 years consultative selling experience
- Experience in Freight Forwading or 3PL in established MNC environment is highly apprecited
- Good presentation skills, strong strategic thinking and customer orientation
- Excellent people skills and able to build rapport with people of all levels
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- strong individual that can work independently and within a team to deliver results
